Nothing is charged at signup. Your card is authorized when you book and captured only when the completion photos land. No proof, no charge — structurally.
The operator can decline any job on arrival — heavy soil, heat, weather, safety, wrong or absent vehicle, pre-existing damage, or (for water service) a spot that cannot legally drain. A decline costs you $0 and the authorization is released.
Cancel before the operator is en route: $0. Cancel after, or vehicle not present: a trip fee may apply once published; until a fee is published, $0 is charged and the authorization is released.
Two photos before work begins and two after, timestamped and location-stamped, are the record of the job and of any pre-existing damage. Damage claims are evaluated against these frames.
If it rains within 24 hours of a completed SHOWROOM, you may claim one free redo from the receipt. Claims are reviewed and approved by the owner. SHOWROOM is no-tipping.
The monthly program includes ten WIPE visits per billing period. Credits do not roll over — unused credits expire at period end. Cancel any time from the app; billing is via Stripe.
On every visit tires are gauged and, when low, filled to the vehicle door-placard specification, photographed, and reported to you. This service is free.
